Aph (Sweden) -The Story of Vasa

Also known as The Most Embarrassing Naval Accident Ever or The One Thing Sweden Built That Didn't Work. Denmark thinks it's hilarious.

Vasa wasn't stable enough ("too many canons" is the most accepted theory), so after roughly 45 minutes it was tipped over by a light breeze. People could swim ashore.

Side note: Gustav II Adolf was quite a warrior king and was killed in the 30 Years War, fighting against the Catholics. His daughter Kristina was the only heir to the throne, so she had to be raised more or less as a boy in order to become a good regent, which was incredibly radical at this point in time. She later abdicated, converted to Catholicism and moved to Rome.
...wait, what?

However, until Kristina was old enough to become queen the kingdom was governed by Chancellor Axel Oxenstierna. I'm pretty sure this is where Himaruya got the name "Oxenstierna", because I don't know of any other family with that surname.
